Yes, indeed there are many ways and tools in Snapseed to create a retro and aesthetic effect to an image. In this tutorial, I will explain the step-by-step process with pictures to you to make it happen.
Step-by-Step Process Below:
1. Open the Snapseed app on your Android or iOS device.
2. Upload an image by tapping on the plus icon.
3. Go to Tools>Vintage. There are 12 different effects choose them according to the style you want. For guidance, I will choose the 11th effect.
4. Even though your image is giving you an old look now. But to further enhance it we can add a grunge texture. Just download any grunge texture from the internet you like.
5. Now go to Tools>Double Exposure. Add an image by tapping on the “Open image” option and add the grunge you downloaded.
6. You can also change the opacity of the double exposure by tapping on the “Opacity” option. Use the slider to increase and decrease the opacity. If you are done with everything then tap the tick on the bottom-right corner.
