Posting a quote on Tumblr is very easy. You can add a quote like a normal text but it is better to make it look like an actual quote so we will use the “Quote” option.

Post a Quote on Tumblr in the Browser

1. Go to the Tumblr website (tumblr.com) and log in to your account.

2. At the top there are some options. Click on the “Quote” option.

3. Type or paste the quote you want to share in the text box.

4. If you know the quote’s author or source, add attribution.

5. Add relevant tags to make your post discoverable. For example #money #fitness etc.

6. If you click on the gear icon you can further customize your quote like if you want to add the source of the content and many more. It will help people to check the authenticity of the quote.

7. Click on “Post now” to post it.

1. Download and install the Tumblr app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and open it.

2. Tap on the pencil icon to create a Quote.

3. Tap on the “Aa” button.

4. Select the “Quote” option.

5. After writing the quote add some relevant tags and post it.
