Tilt-shift is a technique that makes real-life images look like miniature model photographs as it blurs the background and foreground with a selected main focus area.
This is done by choosing the region of interest and altering the field of view which is quite common in shooting buildings, nature, or objects. It can be done with the help of some particular lenses or using filters in the Snapseed app.

Step-by-Step Tutorial
1. Open Snapseed
First, open the Snapseed application on your mobile phone.
2. Select an image
Select an image by pressing the plus icon to create a miniature effect.
3. Go to Tools
Go to Tools and select “Lens Blur“
4. Linear mode
Switch to Linear mode.
5. Blur
Now, adjust the size of the blur according to your preferences by adjusting these white lines.
6. Set Blur Location
Set the blur location by using the blue dot.
7. Blur Strength
Adjust the blur strength by using this slider.
8. Confirm your settings
After all the adjustments press the confirm button to save your settings.
Here you go, now your image is looking like a miniature world.
9. Export
The last step is to export it by using the “Export” option in the bottom-left corner.
